Through this unique book-raising event, you can give award winning Usborne and Kane Miller books to the students and classrooms at Manti Elementary. Choose between pledging funds to students you know as they establish a habit of reading, or purchasing books for your own family which will also benefit the MES take-home library. Your support is greatly appreciated!
What is Reach for the Stars?
The Reach for the Stars!! program rewards children for reading with free books of their choice as well as new books for their school or organization.
The goal of RFTS is for children to develop a daily reading habit during the two week period of the program. Educational experts recommend that children read 30 minutes per weekday. This program offers a fun and rewarding way to develop that habit.
Reach for the Stars!! returns 100% of pledges back to the students and donates an additional 20% of the pledge amount to their classroom library in a combination of Usborne and Kane Miller books.
