This set includes 144 challenges (12 cards with 12 challenges per card) beginning with MONEY CONCEPTS, COUNTING MONEY, MATCHING COINS to their VALUE, MAKING CHANGE for amounts up to $1.00, SIMPLE FRACTIONS, and MULTIPLICATION and DIVISIONwith 2, 3, 4, & 5 using the concept of SKIP COUNTING.
This product meets the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) standards. Each card is SELF-CORRECTING.
These cards develop Numeration skills.
Card 1 — Count money up to $1.00.
Card 2 — Match equivalent money amounts.
Card 3 — Make change.
Card 4 — Identify a fractional part of a whole.
Card 5 — Identify a fractional part of a group.
Card 6 — Count by 2 and by 5.
Card 7 — Multiplication as repeated addition (2s and 5s).
Card 8 — Count by 3 and by 4.
Card 9 — Multiplication as repeated addition (3s and 4s).
Card 10 — Multiplication 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s.
Card 11 — Division as making equal groups (2s and 5s).
Card 12 — Division as making equal groups.
